1. Appointment Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone call, WhatsApp, or in person. Appointment confirmation is subject to availability and successful communication from our team.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you inform us at least 6 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the appointment may be eligible for rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
• Failure to arrive on time or no-shows may result in full service charges.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

• Service cancellation by Wonderful Spa Center due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Duplicate or incorrect payment made by the customer.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed or partially completed services.
• Late arrivals or no-show appointments.
• Change of mind after the service has started.

4. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back using the original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment, provided the request is made at least 6 hours in advance. Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, the session duration may be reduced to avoid affecting other scheduled clients. Full charges may still apply.

7. Service Satisfaction

Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. If you experience any concerns during your session, please inform our staff immediately so we can address the issue appropriately.

8. Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

Gift cards, discounted services, and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Policy Changes

Wonderful Spa Center reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
